Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 business days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
- Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase
Excluded items: None.
These conditions do not limit your rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The item you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
- Photos, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Please contact us before sending your item. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
Approved returns must be sent within 14 business days of receiving the return instructions.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another size or color are subject to availability. If your requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Exchange shipping charges: The customer is responsible for applicable exchange shipping charges.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can help resolve it. Include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Return Shipping and Fees
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Original delivery charges: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Restocking fees: None.
Different arrangements may apply where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or where required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
